Directions
Mix 6 minutes on medium speed. Scrape down.
Water: 90
Flavor to suit
Add water in 3 equal parts to the flour mixture. Mix each part for 1 minute on low speed, scraping bowl and paddle after each addition. Total mix time is 3 minutes. Batter Temperature: 70-75°F Scaling Weight: 13 ounces per 8-inch layer Oven Temperature: 365°F Bake Time: Approximately 25 minutes
