Yield: 1 cake
Great for cupcakes or cake. Makes about 2 - 9-inch rounds. Pair with cream cheese icing or just add some cinnamon to Buttercream—delicious!! (Preheat to 375)
Ingredients:
- 15 oz canned pure pumpkin
- 1C oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 ½ salt
- 3 ½ c Flour
- 3 c sugar
- 1t of allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg
- ½ t mace
- 2/3 c cold water
Directions:
Add ingredients to mixer in order…bake @ 375 for 35 minutes then lower temp to 350 for 15 additional
minutes.
