United States — The American Bakers Association has announced three new members have joined its board of directors.
Terry Bartsch, Tameka Carr, and Clay Miller will serve for the 2025-2027 term, taking over from Campell Williams of BCW, Bill Gross of PPC Flexible Packaging, and Paul Lattan of Avant Media.
Bartsch, of AMF Bakery Systems, has transitioned into the BEMA Representative seat. He has over 35 years of experience in sales and marketing in the commercial bakery industry, currently as Executive Product Manager of Dough Systems at AMF Bakery Systems.
According to the ABA, he has developed and led several sales teams and has driven product and brand development initiatives.
Carr assumes the International Chair seat. Currently serving as Director of Product Development and Quality at Kroger, Carr has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
Miller is the ABA’s new ATBI President. He serves as the President of Middleby Bakery’s Burford Corporation. President of Burford Corp. since 2019, Miller’s career began in 2001 when he joined Burford as a mechanical design engineer. He later shifted to sales, eventually leading as Vice President of Sales.
