Washington, D.C. – The American Bakers Association (ABA) welcomes three new members to the ABA Board of Directors.
2023 is an exciting year of growth and strategic planning for ABA that new strong additions to the Board of Directors well positions the association to take its value proposition to the next level, for both members and the industry.
The three appointments include:
• Ryan McMullian – President and Chief Executive Officer of Flowers Foods joins the Executive Committee as the Member At-Large
• Campbell Williams – Co-Chief Executive Officer of BCW Food Products joins the Bord as the AIB Chair
• Bill Gross – Executive Vice President of PPC Flexible Packaging joins the Board as the ATBI President
During his tenure at Flowers Foods, McMullian drove strategies to increase shareholder value by focusing on brand growth, managing costs, expanding into product adjacencies, and developing talent and leading capabilities.
Whereas Williams is part of the fourth generation to participate in the family business at BCW Food Products. He is active in the industry, currently serving on the board of AIB International and Southwest Allied Trades.
Gross has held a variety of operations and sales leadership roles since joining PPC Flexible Packaging in 2014. He brings over 30 years of experience in the food packaging industry with the last 20 years focusing on bakery.
