Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream launches new summer flavors

Strawberry Rhubarb and Meyer Lemon now available at select Whole Foods Markets

Bubbies Homemade Ice Cream & Desserts is introducing two new flavors this summer.

Strawberry Rhubarb and Meyer Lemon mochi will be available at select Whole Foods Markets for a limited time.

"As demand and tastes for mochi ice cream continue to grow, we enjoy experimenting with different ways to integrate the natural, seasonal ingredients and flavors people crave into Bubbies," said Rick Schaffer, CEO of Bubbies Ice Cream. "During summer months, people often think about cones or frozen pops to cool down, but the great texture of mochi paired with its snackable size and fresh flavors make Bubbies a hit."

These treats are bite-sized ice creams wrapped in a sweetened rice dough. Their exterior is soft and chewy, with Bubbies' super-premium and slow-churned ice cream tucked inside. Each treat contains 100 calories or less.

Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream is gluten-free, kosher dairy, no rBST, and does not use ingredients genetically modified using modern biotechnology. The new additions grow Bubbies line to more than 25 varieties, including fan-favorites like triple chocolate, blueberry, blood orange and green tea.
